Ilpo Heikkinen (born 1988) is a Finnish noise/experimental musician, sound designer, and audio engineer based in Helsinki. Apart from his solo recordings and performances, Heikkinen is (or has been) a member of Hebosagil, the drone project Gunk, black metal band Fornjotr (which later became a brutal death metal band and changed their name to F before dissolving), and improvisational trio The Truckfuckers.

In duo with Lauri Hyvärinen, Ilpo toured in Russia, Latvia, Estonia, and gave concerts in London. In 2013, Ilpo Heikkinen had a mini-tour in South Korea and Japan, performing both solo and in collaboration with local artists – Jin Sangtae and Ryu Hankil in Seoul, and Atsuhiro Ito in Tokyo. He also participated in Saara Hannula's The BodyBuilding Project.
