Rebecca van Unen (born October 12, 1975 in Gent, Belgium) is a casting director of film, TV and commercials.
As the daughter of a Ghanaian father and a Belgian mother who moved to the Netherlands, Van Unen grew up in the North Holland village of Oudendijk.
She serves at Oi Mundo, a casting agency she founded in 2000. The Amsterdam casting agency Oi Mundo also has a branch in Antwerp, where Rebecca van Unen works together with her Belgian team: Céline De Waele and Mathias Sourbron.

Van Unen was rejected by the Film Academy when she was 17. She was able to work at Harry Klooster Casting, helping to find new faces for soaps such as Goudkust en Onderweg naar morgen.
After five years of soap operas, Van Unen started her own business Oi Mundo.
Rebecca resides in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
