Robert F. Caille (born in 1918 in Rumania - died in Paris, France, 15 June 1981 (aged 63)) was the publisher of the French edition of Vogue magazine.

Mr. Caille, who was born in Rumania and moved to France as a child, served in the French military forces in World War II and later in Algeria. He was awarded the Croix de Guerre and was a Chevalier of the Legion of Honor.

He joined the Condé Nast organization, owner of the Vogue publications, in 1961 as European advertising representative for the American edition of Vogue. Four years later he became sales director of the French edition and in 1967 publisher.
He died in Paris after a short illness.
He is survived by his fourth wife, the former Marie-Jose Lamaire, whom he married in 1968.
