Michel Momy (born in Mouans-Sartoux, France) is a French fashion photographer.
Michel Momy began his career as a fashion photographer in 1975 for Elle and Façade magazine. It was the start of more than 38 years career on the international fashion scene.

In the early 1980s, Michel and Terry Jones, owner of several editions, met and quickly collaborated together, first for British Vogue and later for ID magazine.

At the same time, Michel started working fro German Vogue as well as Marie Claire magazine.

His French career booming, Michel decides to broaden his horizons and moves to New York. During the next five years, Michel worked for American Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Times Magazine and Seventeen.

Michel also collaborated with the Parson school of Design where he produced and directed several short films.

In 1995 he returned to Paris while working regularly in New York and London. By 1998, he missed the hectic life of New York and returned to the “Big Apple”. He works for magazine titles such as ID, Black Book, Marie Claire, Cosmo Fille, Jalouse, Crash, Trace, Biba, Times magazine, Mixte, Marie France.

Michel has also been a photographer for advertising campaigns for many major brands such as Hermès, Kenzo, La Roche-Posay, Kerastase, Garnier, Mixa, Vichy, Helena Rubinstein, Citroën, Orange, Slimfast, Optrex, Monoprix, Bloomingdale, Murat and M6 mobile.
