Swan Lian Kwee (born ca 1962) is an Art Director & graphic designer.
She was the Art Director of VOGUE Nederland from 2017 to 2019.
Prior to Vogue she has been the Art Director of an array of magazines such as Eigen Huis & Interieur (2012 - 2016), Elegance (Pelican Media) (2008 - 2012), RED magazine (Hachette Filipacchi Media) (2004 - 2008), ELLE Wonen (2001 - 2004), Quote Magazine (1995 - 2001), San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles Magazine (1990 - Sep 1992) and Areté magazine in Sand Diego, USA from 1987 to 1990.
She started her career as a Fashion stylist and designer at LHS Styling and Fashion Studio in Amstelveel in 1984.
Swan Lian Kwee graduated in 1984 from Fashion Academy VOGUE.
She is married to Hans Lensvelt, a designer.
She resides in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
