Jorma Hinkka (born 12 January 1943, Helsinki, Finland) is a Finnish graphic designer. After working in advertising and TV graphics, he was an art director for the advertisement agencies Lintas, SEK, Anderson & Lembke and Konsepti (which he co-founded). Since the 1990s he's focused on book design and typography with his company Graafiset Neliöt Oy.

He was named graphic artist of the year in 1997, and has received the awards Platinahuippu by Grafia RY in 2010 and Pro Finlandia-medal in 2019.
