Amer-yhtymä Oy (previously known as Amer-Tupakka Oy) is a Finnish company that begun its life as a tobacco manufacturer and distributor. The company bought the Finnish book publisher Weilin+Göös in 1970 and expanded its activities to literary publishing and printing. Later on, the company expanded into vehicle import and textile and plastics industries, until eventually focusing on sporting goods retail.
