General info :	Random House Children's Publishers UK is the business name of a publishing company or imprint of the Random House Group Ltd, ranking amongst the top 5 children's publishers in the UK. The Random House Children's Publishers imprints (The Bodley Head, Jonathan Cape, Tamarind, Doubleday, Hutchinson, Bantam, Corgi and Red Fox) are proud to publish many fine writers and illustrators. Classic names in illustration include Quentin Blake, Nick Sharratt, Shirley Hughes, John Burningham and Nicholas Allan, and we publish bestselling writers such as Jacqueline Wilson, Christopher Paolini, Terry Pratchett, Lauren Kate, Michael Morpurgo, Philip Pullman and Roald Dahl amongst many others. The name was changed to Penguin Random House Children's after the merger of Random House (owned by German media conglomerate Bertelsmann) and Penguin Group (owned by British publishing company Pearson PLC) in 2013 although the original name is still used on social media like Twitter and Facebook as of 2017.
