Philip Dixon (born in Pasadena, California, USA) is an American photographer.
His first contact with photography was while working at a color lab. He started taking photographs and was published in various fashion magazines. Shortly after, he signed a contract with Playboy, where he was published alongside photographers such as Helmut Newton.
He has worked for publications such as for French and German Elle, Conde Nast Traveller, N.Y Times Magazine, Vogue Hommes, Amica, Max Magazine, Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar, Stern, a.o.
He has shot the tv and print campaign for Victoria Secret and also directs commercials and music videos.
He resides in Venice Beach, California, USA in a house named The Oasis.
Featured in Architectural Digest, his extraordinary home boasts iconic indoor-outdoor pools and a Moroccan-inspired rustic interior. A dream location for photographers and filmmakers, the Oasis is known as the Most Instagrammable Home in Los Angeles.
