General info :
Marylene Mey (born in France) is a portrait and fashion photographer, colorist retoucher and digital technician. She started her professional life in the music industry as a booking agent for international touring bands. In this context, she developed a passion for documenting the music scene through the photographic media.

She studied photography and printing under the Sudre family in Lyon, before moving to New York in 1999. She has since had apprenticeships with renowned photographers such as Patrick Demarchelier, Terry Richardson, Craig McDean and Arthur Elgort. She has since taken up work in documenting music scenes as well as doing fashion photography.
