Erin Flaherty was named Beauty & Health Director of the U.S. edition of Marie Claire in January 2013. Previously, she was the magazine’s Executive Beauty Editor, a position she held since 2010. She has worked as an editor and writer in the beauty instry for over a decade. Prior to Marie Claire, Flaherty was a founding editor at Yahoo! Shine while simultaneously covering fashion, beauty, health, fitness and lifestyle subjects for other publications including The Wall Street Journal, Details, Shape, New York, and Ladies' Home Journal. She started her career at Allure and went on to become the youngest Beauty & Health Director at Jane.
