Paavo Olavi Lehtonen (14 June 1935 Tampere, Finland – 1. toukokuuta 2005 Helsinki, Finland) was a Finnish licentiate of philosophy, critic and translator. He mainly translated English non-fiction books to Finnish, along with doing translations for tv programmes. He wrote essays and reviews, and taught literature at University of Helsinki.

He was the series editor for Klassikko-sarja, a book series of world literature classics translated to Finnish and published by Gummerus.
