Tomi Riionheimo (born 1966) is a Finnish comics artist, illustrator, film director and producer. He's known as the author of Rieku ja Raiku comics and as the director of the animated films based on the comics. Using the alias Pekka Jokinen, he has also worked as a graphic artist, merchandise salesman and tour manager for the band Eläkeläiset.
