Hans Nissen (born 12 November 1976 Kuopio, Finland) is a Finnish comics artist, illustrator and publisher.

Nissen studied graphic design at the Lahti Polytechnic Institute of Design. He has drawn comics since 1992 and been a professional illustrator for several years. In his spare time he edits comics anthologies and writes prose and reviews for magazines. Nissen also manages a small publishing house/bookshop called Kreegah Bundolo.
