Tierney Gifford Horne (born in New York, USA) is an editor and co-founder of the jewelry store Rosa de la Cruz London.
Formerly fashion director at Harper’s & Queen in the UK (1994 - 1996) and at Elle (1990 - 1992) and Mademoiselle (1993 - 1994) in the us, Tierney Gifford Horne also worked at Vogue (1982 - 1984) and Town & Country in the US.

Tierney started her career at Ralph Lauren womenswear, before helping to launch J. Crew. at J. Crew, she was creative director responsible for product design and for the creation of an innovative lifestyle catalogue.

Her work has included developing projects in the UK for the luxury brands Connolly, Joseph, Anya Hindmarch and Netjets.

Together with Rosa de la Cruz she launched the jewelry collection Rosa de la Cruz London in 2010.

Born and raised in New York, Tierney lives in London.
