Poko Rekords Oy was the company behind the record label brand Poko Rekords from early 1993 until May 31, 2009.

The company started in 1993 when Shoeling Oy changed its name to Poko Rekords Oy. The company name Poko Rekords Oy was terminated and merged into Oy EMI Finland Ab on May 31, 2009 and Poko Rekords continued as a subcompany of Oy EMI Finland Ab.

Since 2013 the company Oy EMI Finland Ab is owned by Universal Music Finland, which makes Poko Rekords one of their record label brands.
