Pier Crespi (born in the province of Varese, Italy) is a journalist and yoga teacher. He has lived in Milan for many years, where he works in publishing. In the late 1980s, he met Renata Angelini and Moiz Palaci. Thanks to them, who became his teachers, he discovered a Raja Yoga practice that was both secular and attentive to the meditative and educational aspects of this ancient discipline. He then joined the Italian Raja Yoga Association (AIRY), participated in training and advanced courses, and began his first experiences as a yoga teacher, which have continued uninterrupted ever since.
