General info :
Pier Crespi (born in the province of Varese, Italy) is a journalist and yoga teacher.
He has lived in Milan for many years, where he works in publishing.

In the late 1980s, he met Renata Angelini and Moiz Palaci. Thanks to them, who became his teachers, he discovered a Raja Yoga practice that was both secular and attentive to the meditative and educational aspects of this ancient discipline.
He then joined the Italian Raja Yoga Association (AIRY), participated in training and advanced courses, and began his first experiences as a yoga teacher, which have continued uninterrupted ever since.

His publishing activity since 2000 includes:

Voice-over, review and drafting of texts for voice-over at Altrimedia studios (industrial and advertising films) and Multimedia Authors

Editorial collaborations at Edicomma (Milan): proofreading and rewriting texts; editing illustrated volumes for De Agostini and drafting texts for Special Initiatives for De Agostini; Biedermeier and Culture in Central Europe, catalogue (Skira); The Gold of the Misers, catalogue (In Forma Edizioni)

Editorial collaborations with the Fabbri RCS Illustrated Manuals editorial team

Translations from French and English for children's illustrated books and RCS manuals

Editing of the French version of the Palazzo Grassi exhibition catalogues in collaboration with the Bompiani Arte-Skira Editore editorial staff: De Puvis de Chavannes à Matisse et Picasso. Vers l'Art Moderne (2001); Les Pharaons (2002)

2003-2004 Editing and drafting texts for Hippocrates, Edizioni Medico-Scientifiche;

Collaboration as a Copywriter at the Medialab communications studio, Novara

From 2005 to 2013, she worked as a journalist for VilleGiardini, a Mondadori periodical, writing columns and articles mainly focusing on artists, design, high-quality craftsmanship, exhibitions and events, and also working as a copywriter on the communication projects of Officina Mondadori and Mondadori Project Lab.

2013-2014 collaboration with De Agostini, editing children's booklets.
