Velvety smooth with rich strawberry fruit flavours, warm spicey aromas and a sweet vanilla finish.
To make our Beronia Tempranillo Elaboración Especial, the best bunches were selected and macerated in tanks until the required levels of colour were produced. This unique wine undergoes double fermentation, both alcoholic and malolactic, in American oak barrels. The wine remains for a total of 6 months in the same barrels with periodic batonage.
The wine shows a deep picota cherry red colour. It is attractive on the nose with the most notable aromas being of coffee and mocca, along with fresh fruit over very rich cocoa in the background. Very fruity on the palate, with red fruit and liquorice being the dominant flavours but thewine also displays touches of chocolate and vanilla. The finish is long and very persistent.

Color 2/2 Two mm watery edge, dark ruby core
Nose 9/10 Intense ceder
Palate 910 Meaty, round, massive ripe fruit and smokey oak
Finish 9/10 Looooong, lovely tannins and a nice acidity
Aging 2 to 4 more years on this level
Overall 9/10 This wine is a very constant high performer
