Raymond Mouly (born 1925 or 1926 in Bezons, Île-de-France, France - died before April 4, 2016) was a French musicologist, jazz author and journalist, who also worked as a music producer.

For many years Mouly was editor-in-chief of the French Jazz Magazine and presented jazz programs on French television (with Jean-Christophe Averty).
In the 1970s he was editor-in-chief of the artistic nude magazine PHOTO.
He was also the producer of the album Hum (1982) by Daniel Humair, René Urtreger and Pierre Michelot. Mouly wrote numerous liner notes (of French LP productions by Art Blakey, the Modern Jazz Quartet and Barney Wilen) and, among other things, a book on Sidney Bechet (Notre Ami Sidney, published in Paris by Table Ronde, 1959).
