Christa Dowling is a publishing expert and former Founder & Editor in Chief of Vogue Germany.
She was the Editor-in-Chief of Architectural Digest and AMBIENTE, BURDA Publication from 1997 to 1999.
Christa was Editor in Chief of Vogue Deutsch since its start in 1979 and remained at Conde Nast Publications till 1997.
She has worked in Europe and Middle East for different publications, among them Conde Nast, Munich and Springer Verlag, Berlin, both based in Germany.
She is an alumna from Frankfurt University in Germany where she earned Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and French Literature, European History.
Additionally she earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism, International Studies in Relations, Art History at Stanford University.
Her deep interests are Women's Rights and Human Rights, besides these her passion is art, classical music, literature, movies, theater, travel and people.
She currently resides in New York, USA.
