General info :	Jean-Pierre Bulté, mostly credited as J.P. Bulté, is the founder of the Belgian independent electronic music label Target Records in 1986 through the company TARGET RECORDS-DJ'S CLUB BVBA, later renamed to B.M.L.C.-SOUND BVBA in 1991. His first track to make it into the national charts (BRT Top 30) was The World Beat by The Caravan in May 1987. He married Claudine Sarlet.
