General info :	Mazzotta is the imprint name used by Edizioni Gabriele Mazzotta SRL, an Italian publisher active in the following publishing areas: photography, art and exhibition catalogs. The business was founded in 1966 by art collector and publisher Gabriele Mazzotta. From 1966 to 1978 the publisher Gabriele Mazzotta S.p.A. publishes pop-art, photography and political essay books. In 1978, after the liquidation of Gabriele Mazzotta S .p .A. Edizioni Gabriele Mazzotta S .r .L. is founded and specializes in contemporary art collections and the co-organization of exhibitions of 20th-century artists. Since 1988, with the opening of the Antonio Mazzotta Art Foundation, the exhibitions curated by Edizioni Gabriele Mazzotta SRL and the founder's daughter Martina Mazzotta are also organized in this new space.
