Ishi (born in British Columbia, Canada) is a photographer and graphic designer.

Formally trained as a Graphic Designer, Ishi spent his summers apprenticing under renowned Industrial Designer, Scot Laughton, building prototypes for Italian furniture company Capellini. Upon graduation he founded his own multi disciplinary design firm.

Receiving numerous national and international awards, in 2005 he moved on from graphic design and became a Creative Director in the fashion industry managing luxury brands throughout Paris and the EU.
In 2012 Ishi became a contracted Vogue Photographer and further expanded his image and brand. With his sharp graphic style, and his attention to colours, textures, and shapes in the garments and typography, his imagery is easy to recognize in the luxury world.

His work appeared in Vogue Paris, Vogue Italia, Vogue Germany, Vogue Netherlands, Vogue Russia, Vogue Spain, Pop Magazine Porter Magazine, Elle France, Elle Germany, Elle Russia, Madame Figaro, HarrodsMan, Italian Amica, WMagazine.

Clients include Armani, Boucheron, Burberry, Cartier, Chanel, Christian Dior, Emilio Pucci, Fendi, Hérmes, Harrods, Prada, L'Oreal Paris, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Van Clef & Arpels, Tiffany, Revlon, Nike, Dove, and Puma worldwide.
