Nigel Shafran (Born in England 7 January 1964) is a photographer and artist.
His work has been exhibited at Tate and the Victoria and Albert Museum. In the 1980s Shafran worked as a fashion photographer, before turning to fine art photography.
Nigel Shafran first came to fame in 1990 with a series of images published by i-D; showing teenage shoppers in a down-at-heel precinct in Ilford, it was the antithesis of a high-end fashion shoot.
In 2020 Nigel Shafran Shoots Bella Hadid for American Vogue.

He lives and works in London, UK.
